There was about a teaspoon of soft rice right in the middle that was delicious. Totally worth the 20 minute wait. The rest is hard as a rock, although it came out quite easy and now I have a giant rice cake.
Now I get to clean these dishes all by myself since I'm the dishwasher around here... Fun!
Moral of the story: if you're going to put things in the mircrowave for 20 minutes, check on it at least once in between to make sure it's still alive. Or just cook things on a stove like a normal human being. (that is, if you have one) ;)
